This policy covers personal information collected during the credit application and onboarding process (online, paper, phone, email, in person) and ongoing account management if credit is granted.
We collect only what is reasonably necessary for the purposes in Section 4. Identifiers & Contact: full name, date of birth, address history, phone, email, government ID details, SIN (optional), and business details if applicable. – Financial & Credit: bank/branch info, credit & trade references, requested credit limit, payment history, credit bureau reports and scores.
-Employment/Business: employer name and contact, time in position, income range or financial statements (for business credit). -Device & Channel (online): IP address, device/browser details, cookies or similar technologies.
We may receive information from credit reporting agencies, trade references, payment processors, identity verification providers, and public records.
Purposes include: (1 ) credit assessment & decisioning; (2) account setup & servicing; (3 ) collections & enforcement; (4) fraud prevention & security; (5 ) legal/regulatory compliance; (6) business operations and portfolio risk analytics; (7) marketing communications with your consent (opt out anytime).
By submitting a credit application, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes described. Where required, we obtain express consent to: obtain your credit report(s) and score(s) now and on an ongoing basis; exchange information with credit reporting agencies (Equifax Canada & TransUnion Canada) and trade references; contact your financial institution(s) for verification; and use third- party service providers. You may withdraw consent, which may affect our ability to extend or continue credit.
We disclose personal information only as necessary: credit reporting agencies (Equifax Canada & TransUnion Canada); trade references and other creditors; payment processors & financial institutions; service providers (under confidentiality and security obligations); collections agencies, legal counsel, courts; regulators, law enforcement, or auditors; and in business transfers. We do not sell personal information.
We retain personal information for 7 years for declined applications and 7 years after account closure. After these periods, we securely delete, anonymize, or aggregate the data.
Subject to applicable law, you may access your personal information; request corrections; withdraw consent for future uses where consent is the basis; and ask questions or file a complaint with us or a privacy regulator. Contact the Privacy Officer to exercise your rights.
We do not use foreign service providers. Your information is processed and stored in Canada.
We use administrative, technical, and physical controls appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including role% based access, least% privilege, encryption in transit and at rest (where feasible), network monitoring and logging, employee training and confidentiality obligations, vendor due diligence, and secure disposal.

We do not knowingly accept applications from individuals under the age of majority in their province or territory.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the latest version with an updated Effective Date and notify you of material changes where required.

I/We authorize Fastrack Powersports to obtain my/our consumer or commercial credit report(s) and credit score(s) now and at any time during the life of the account from Equifax Canada & TransUnion Canada; exchange information with credit reporting agencies, trade references, and other creditors; contact my/our financial institution(s) and references; and use service
providers subject to contractual safeguards. I/We understand that withdrawing consent may affect the ability of Fastrack Powersports to extend or continue credit. I/We have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.
